Nicole Cosme

Nicole Cosme is a PhD student in music theory (2020). She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Stony Brook University (2014) and a Master of Arts in Music Theory from CUNY Queens College (2019). Her research interests include chromaticism in late-romantic programmatic music, folk and vernacular music in the U.S., and computational/mathematical approaches to music analysis. In her spare time, she bakes cookies and plays fiddle at bluegrass and folk music jams in Brooklyn.
