Jason Geary (PhD ‘04) appointed Dean of Rutgers School of the Arts

Jason Geary, who graduated from Yale’s Ph.D. program in musicology in 2004 with a dissertation on Mendelssohn’s music for Greek tragedies, has been selected to lead the Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University as its dean. Geary will move to Rutgers from his current position as Director of the University of Maryland School of Music. Congratulations, Jason!
